Services

Silverstone Southfield Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to written estimates and contracts. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from what was originally assessed. Any changes to project scope will be discussed with you before additional work is performed. Prices are subject to change without notice, but quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of estimate.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with warranties as specified in your service contract. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or conditions beyond our control. Any warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period.

Property Access and Conditions

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that utilities are properly marked before we begin work. You must inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features that could affect the project. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or improperly marked utilities.

Delays and Cancellations

We will make every effort to complete your project on schedule. However, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for damages resulting from such delays. Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees as specified in your contract.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Oakland County, Michigan, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
